Whats your MOQ?

• $125 First Order
• No minimum for reorders 

How do I place an order?

• Navigate to our Wholesale Shop page and enter the password that was given to you
• Take a look at our catalog
• Fill out our wholesale order form
• Receive an invoice via email

What are your payment terms? 

• First time orders require payment upon receiving invoice; no items will be shipping until payment is confirmed
• Reorders/established customers must pay within 30 days of invoice
• Invoices will be sent via email and are facilitated through Square (a trusted payment processor and POS system)

What is your turnaround time for orders?

• Most orders will be fulfilled within 5-7 days 
• Larger orders (above $250) may take longer & timeline will be communicated to you via email when order is received 

What are your shipping policies?

• Retailer is responsible for shipping costs for orders up to $200. Orders totaling $200 or over will include free shipping via a coupon code
• All orders are shipped USPS Priority and typically arrive within 3 business days
• Unfortunately, other shipping methods such as UPS or FedEx are not an option as I ship from a remote area and these services are unavailable 

Do you take returns?

• Returns on items that aren't selling are not accepted, but if an item is damaged in transit please reach out so we figure out a solution 

Do you offer private label products?

• No, all products are sent on company branded jewelry cards
